Jeremy has been a key part of the agile movement from its inception, with experience in rapid prototyping and delivery stretching back before the Agile Manifesto was created. Over three decades, Jeremy has developed a deep understanding of what business agility means to teams and board members alike and has supported countless transformation programmes across FTSE 100 organisations, Public Sector, Financial services, start-ups and scale-ups. Jeremy specialises in shaping transformation strategies and implementation programmes around a Domain-Driven approach to organisational design. He is a co-founder of the Domain-Driven Organisational approach to building adaptive organisations, which is based on his 30 plus years of experience and seeks to support organisations become more adaptive and resilient.

In his free time, Jeremy enjoys building and painting models of tanks and warships. He is a sci-fi fan and is currently renovating his new home in the Wye Valley.
