Helen has been leading organisations through change and digital transformation for over 20 years. In this time, she has worked across complex large-scale organisations, scale-ups and start-ups to help them build structures, cultures and practices that achieve success. Helen is passionate about sharing her own experiences of working across many roles to build a better understanding around the practical application of lean & agile delivery methodologies, modern leadership practices and building happy teams. She specialises in building outcome-led transformation strategies, bespoke operating models and in creating impactful and immersive training experiences. In her free time, Helen loves to hike around the Usk and Wye Valleys near where she lives and serves on the steering committee of her local rights of way group. A native Welsh speaker, Helen has been trying to re-read the Mabinogion in Welsh and is a fan of fantasy novels.
